The Two Rivers

Synopsis

Giuseppe Zigaina, a painter, and Pier Paolo Pasolini, a poet. Zigaina takes us back over the story of their friendship, which lasted a lifetime. He recalls the post-war years and the films of Pasolini. And he talks about his death, to which he applies a dramatic meaning: a sacrificial death in the name of archaic religiousness, a throw-back to the very roots of peasant culture.
